My fitness adventure started over 20 years ago when I fell in love with group exercise classes that I went to as a regular gym member.
It took another 10 years undertaking different training courses, covering for other instructors and building up my confidence to finally quit my day job (I was Gemologist working for a diamond dealer in Hatton Garden) and take on my new fitness job full time and I have never looked back since.
My first classes I was teaching were body pump and spinning.
I have since trained and certified in Mat Pilates Level 3 and Yoga and I mostly teach these now . I’m also Level 3 Personal Trainer .
Seeing people leaving my classes smiling and happy is the best feeling in the world for me . I love how it changes their bodies, improves wellbeing and shifts moods - makes them feel good and that they have accomplished something great that day.
As we all know fitness and training is sometimes a love/hate relationship but nonetheless my class members and personal clients always come back for more.
