My fitness adventure started over 10 years ago when I fell in love with group exercise classes that I went to as a regular gym member.
It took another 7 years undertaking different training courses, covering for other instructors and building up my confidence to finally quit my day job (I was Gemologist working for a diamond dealer in Hatton Garden) and take on my new fitness job full time and I have never looked back since.
My first classes I was teaching were body pump and spinning.
I have since trained and certified in Mat Pilates Level 3 and Yoga and I mostly teach these now . I’m also Level 3 Personal Trainer .
Seeing people leaving my classes smiling and happy is the best feeling in the world for me . I love how it changes their bodies, improves wellbeing and shifts moods - makes them feel good and that they have accomplished something great that day.
As we all know fitness and training is sometimes a love/hate relationship but nonetheless my class members and personal clients always come back for more.
